Do you ship internationally?
No -- the nature of our products is such as to be restricted or require excessive paperwork for shipping to foreign countries.
How much is shipping?
We use Flat Rate shipping on all order in the amount of $3.99.
What happens if my package gets lost?
Fortunately few package are lost. Some may be stolen, but USPS, Fedex, and UPS are very good at delivering packages. Having said that, All items purchased from Chewy.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No, we do not
What is the status of my order?
Order status is provided via email and text from the moment you place your order to the point of delivery. There is also a link provided on your order receipt to view order status.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders ship within two business days of submission. Day of submission doesn't count. Shipment is via USPS Global Advantage or Fedex Ground. Delivery to any location in the continental U.S. takes from 2 - 8 days.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We process orders very quickly. Orders are shipped from a huge consolidated warehouse. Once we submit your order it is almost impossible to cancel or change. Best rule, ask pre-order questions. We happy to help.
